Forget Hidden Valley — many of our customers reckon this is better than the original. Made in-house by Chile Mojo, this creamy, herby, all-American ranch is the perfect dressing for green salads, the ultimate dip for buffalo wings and veggies, and a go-to sauce for wraps, burgers, and more.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin (gluten-free), Buttermilk, Salt, Dried Onion, Flavour Enhancer (621), Dried Garlic, Spices, Xanthan Gum (415), Citric Acid (330). Contains MILK.
Pack sizes & yield:
• 28gm — makes 2 cups dressing or dip
• 84gm (triple pack) — makes 6 cups (three 2-cup batches)
• 280gm — makes 5 litres dressing or dip
How to Make Chile Mojo Ranch Dressing & Dip
For Ranch Dressing:
- Combine 28gm Chile Mojo Ranch Mix with 1 cup milk or buttermilk.
- Add 1 cup mayonnaise and whisk until smooth.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for best flavour.
For Ranch Dip:
- Combine 28gm Chile Mojo Ranch Mix with 2 cups sour cream.
- Stir well until fully blended.
- Chill for 30 minutes and serve with veggies, chips or buffalo wings.
Our favourite variation:
Mix 28gm with ½ cup buttermilk, ½ cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream for the ultimate creamy ranch — great as both a dressing and a dip.
Tip: Scale up using the 280gm pack for parties, catering or bulk batch cooking.
