Herb - Mexican Oregano

Mexican Oregano (Lippia gravolens) has a distinctly earthy flavour more similar to marjoram than the sweet Mediterranean oregano.

Cooks particular about Mexican foods will insist; ‘keep the pizza spice outta my taco’.
