Seeds - Chile New Mexico Big Jim

The Guiness Book records this pepper as one of the largest chiles measuring over 30cm long. It is a green chile that turns red when mature. The fruit are relatively mild with a medium heat rating that won’t leave you gasping but still with that great chile flavor.
