Rim a beer glass with lime juice and then with tajin. Fill 1/4 to 1/3 of the glass with Clamato, add a few splashes of hot sauce, a splash of worchestershire sauce, juice of one lime, and then fill the glass with beer. Amounts vary according to taste.
Also reputed to be a great hangover remedy.
